We have the following immediate vacancies:

Head of Surveying

To act as head of the surveying department, managing all the members of the compliance risk assessing team and work output, as well as, carrying out all the assessments, including Legionella risk assessments in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8, on clients premises throughout the UK.

To establish statutory compliance and benchmark systems against the industry recognized standards as appropriate.

To act as the technical lead giving internal training and guidance, as well as support to the sales and marketing teams to deliver presentations and seminars to clients of all levels.

A confident and practical individual with good attention to detail and the ability to work alone or within a team. The candidate should also possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be good with personal time management, well presented,  IT literate and have sound mathematical skills. A driving license is essential.

Service Delivery Coordinator:

To support the Service Delivery Department Manager on a daily basis, and to co-ordinate all administration procedures for the Service Delivery Department relevant to the delivery teams reporting to the position & acting as the link for the sales department.

A precise, efficient, literate, accurate and highly organised team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The individual should have an ability to be assertive if required, who prioritises sensibly and acts calmly under pressure.

Assistant Key Accounts Administrator

To ensure that all PPM jobs are completed in line with the schedule produced. To ensure that all jobs completed result in the appropriate Compliance Report and / or Certificate, and that each of these documents is uploaded to the relevant web based systems, including, but not limited to the Swiftclean Portal. To track all jobs completed and to record all micron readings on the relevant SSP schedules.

Assist the Key Accounts Administrator in all aspects of managing the requirements as specified by the customer or Swiftclean. To understand all the requirements and be in a position to act as the point of contact for SSP when the Key Account Administrator is on holidays.

The incumbent will have an eye for detail and be an exceptional administrator with the ability to manage a number of different projects. They will also have a very good understanding of technology and its uses.

They will be able to communicate problems and issues to relevant people in a clear and concise manner. They should be a team player with a willingness to assist others as and when required. They should also exhibit a desire to learn and understand the different works completed by Swiftclean.

Will be comfortable working with the company values of Honesty, Ownership and Respect and personally demonstrate this ethos day to day with colleagues and customers alike.

Key Accounts Administrator

Manage the commercial relationship with assigned key accounts; act as the day-to-day manager and central point of contact for assigned key accounts. Devise required PPM schedules and communicate this to Service Delivery Department Manager in a timely manner, to allow PPM jobs to be scheduled and completed, within the required frequencies and to maximise profitability.

Understand fully the Service Level Agreements, Scope of Works, and ensure that all colleagues involved with the planning & coordination of the works are fully versed in the requirements.

Ensure that relevant schedules are regularly updated to provide Sales account manager and/or Director responsible for the account, an overview of the status of the account/s. Make the required schedules available to relevant parties in preparation for scheduled review meetings, attend the review meetings as required, and ensure that accurate minutes including appropriate action points are documented/distributed.

Ensure that all jobs completed result in the appropriate Compliance Report and / or Certificate, and that each of these documents is uploaded to the relevant web based systems, including, but not limited to the Swiftclean Portal. Ensure that all jobs are completed and that micron readings are recorded on the relevant schedules, as required.

Keep accurate financial records including both contracted PPM’s and variations completed and advise accounts by the 3rd working day of each month the value of invoicing required for the previous month and any positive or negative WIP.

Will be comfortable working with the company values of Honesty, Ownership and Respect and personally demonstrate this ethos day to day with colleagues and customers alike.

The incumbent will have an eye for detail and be an exceptional administrator with the ability to manage a number of different projects. They will also have a very good understanding of information technology and its uses.

They will have an ability to focus on minutiae whilst retaining a holistic view to problems and issues.

An understanding of the tasks required to be completed, as well as an understanding of time and space constraints in the field.

They will be able to communicate problems and issues to relevant people in a clear and concise manner. They should be a team player with willingness to assist others as and when required, and be able to work on their own.

Basic contractual / commercial awareness and project management skills are required.

Surveying Coordinator

To support the Head of Group Surveying on a daily basis, and to co-ordinate all administration and planning procedures for the Surveying Department relevant to the individual compliance risk assessors (CRA’s) reporting to the position & acting as the link for the sales department.

A precise, efficient, literate, accurate and highly organised team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The individual should have an ability to be assertive if required, who prioritises sensibly and acts calmly under pressure.

Planning Assistant

Support the Service Delivery Department Manager on a daily basis, assist where possiblein the co-ordinating of all jobs and planning requirements for the Service Delivery Department.  Ensure full utilisation of Compliance Teams, scheduling the most appropriate teams in terms of skill sets, geographical location, and certification.

Ensuring that the jobs are scheduled well in advance so that coordinators and compliance teams have sufficient notice to plan and book the jobs. Help manage the communication with the team of service delivery coordinators and compliance reporting team leader on a day-to-day basis.

To be able to work productively in a highly pressurised role with numerous and varied demands on time and attention span, whilst maintaining a professional approach.

Precise, high level of attention to detail, efficient, computer literate with a high level of Excel knowledge and ability, consistently accurate, and be a highly organised team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

The individual should have an ability to be assertive if required, who prioritises sensibly and acts calmly under pressure.

Strong but fair personality is critical, as well as a consistent approach to issues.

An understanding of building services would be an advantage.

Contractual awareness and Project Management skills would be very helpful in the role.

To have achieved successful A Level qualifications.
