Winning by Tim Grover (book) great help for self-development and The Gentleman is a great film a real good watch

My daughter in a cheerleading competition

What is your 15 minutes of fame?

I have been interviewed on ITV for Men’s mental health and was in Howards Way the film.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?

Nothing worth that much ever comes easy. Work and believe in yourself.

Prime Minister

How wet Southend is!
