Fire door regulations 2023 – in brief
From the 23rd of January 2023, it became a legal requirement for the Responsible Person for multi-occupied buildings over 11 metres to carry out quarterly checks of all fire doors in communal areas and to carry out annual checks on all flat entrance doors.

- Anyone responsible for fire safety in a building e.g. Estate Managers, Building Managers, Landlords
