Actions speak louder than words, so we want you to be able to see what we do, as we do it. There’s no smoke and mirrors at Swiftclean, so we’re happy to open up our processes to the world. If you need access to information about your own contract, we can provide it. Now it’s possible for our legionella clients to subscribe to our new portal system which gives you instant real time access to the exact state of play on all the tasks involved on your Swiftclean service. You can see when a task is started and completed and we can give you instant online access to documentation too, so if you need to prove compliance, all our certificates are available. Several of our clients have already subscribed and they tell us they find it invaluable – and pleasingly reassuring too.
We’re brilliant – but we would say that, wouldn’t we? So this year we brought in an external auditor to scrutinise our work. Currently, around 25% of all our work is audited – but all that is changing. We’re going digital throughout the business, so with less paperwork our operatives will be using smart phones to upload all paperwork from site as soon as work is carried out. That means the auditor will have access to 100% of our work.
Knowing your work is open to outside scrutiny is enough to keep anyone honest; knowing it was our idea to be audited should also be enough to reassure you that we’re serious about having integrity in all our services and our processes.
