ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATES

ISO9001 Certificate		ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality standard which Swiftclean have been registered with following independent auditing by a UKAS accredited auditing body (ACM). This gives the assurance that services are delivered within a framework of consistent quality.
ISO14001 Certificate		ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised environmental standard which Swiftclean have been registered with following independent auditing by a UKAS accredited auditing body (ACM). It gives the assurance that Swiftclean deliver their services with due regard to limiting their impact on the environment.
OHSAS 18001 Certificate		OHSAS 18001 is an internationally recognised occupational health and safety management standard which Swiftclean have been registered with following independent auditing by an auditing body (ACM). It gives the assurance that Swiftclean deliver their services within a safe management framework.
BSRIA Certificate		The Building Services Research & Information Association produce technical guidance for the building services sector, Swiftclean, members since the 1980's have assisted them in producing various publications relating to ventilation hygiene, including RC44 and FMS1
HVCA Certificate		HVCA members are required to demonstrate the competence of their business through an independent inspection and assessment against clearly defined technical and non technical standards. Swiftclean, members since 1996 have been active within the Ventilation Hygiene Group Branch, assisting in the development, editing and updating of TR/17 and TR/19, the UK's recognised industry bench mark for ventilation system cleanliness. Safe Contractor		Certificate status  is in recognition of reaching the SAFEcontractor health & safety standards in accordance with Ability to Sub-Contract works, Deep Cleaning, Internal Air Quality Testing, Kitchen Equipment Cleaning, Other work activity, Water Quality Testing, Water Treatment, Kitchen Extract Cleaning, Ventilation System Cleaning.
CHAS Certificate		Swiftclean is accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) having demonstrated compliance with, and sound management of, current basic Health & safety legislation.
Construction Line Certificate		This certifies that Swiftclean have met pre qualification requirements appropriate to public and private sector procurement.  Approved work categories with corresponding notation values, specialisms or categories as applicable, Heating & Ventilation, Potable Water & Waste Treatment, Tanks & Associated Services.
Legionella Control Association Certificate		To be registered with the Legionella Control Association LCA), member companies have every year to demonstrate their competence by submitting a statement of compliance which describes how they meet the Conditions of the  LCA  Code of Conduct for Service Providers.  The service standards of the LCA are progressive therefore registered companies are expected to continually improve on their management systems in the provision of Legionella control services.
HVCA Certificate		This confirms that Swiftclean as a member of Heating and Ventilation Contractors’ Association has been the subject of inspection and assessment carried out on the  Associations behalf by UKAS accredited body BM TRADA, and has demonstrated full compliance with recognised industry standards and the Associations commercial, business and technical membership requirements.

exor Certificate		This qualification standard is widely recognised and utilised in both the public and private sectors. It positions suppliers of goods, works or services to win contracts by demonstrating we are Exor Qualified. Exor Qualified proves our business has been accredited to standard where competency, viability and adherence with legal requirements have been achieved

Swiftclean are currently working towards ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 we hope to be accredited by early 2009.
