If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Aaron – I would love to have the chance to learn how to fly

What was your first job?

Aaron – when I was 13 years old, I used to have a paper round and at weekends I would work on market stalls.

Matthew – I was an apprentice electrician

Do you have any pets? What are they?

Aaron – 2 cats named Sausage and Mash

Matthew – Leopard Gecko, Bearded Dragon, a rabbit, 2 cats and fish

What book or movie have you recently read/seen and why would you recommend it?

Aaron – Deadpool – I love a comic movie – it made me crack up!

Do you have any hidden talents or unusual hobbies?

Aaron – Until last year, I was an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter, and I did a lot of unpaid charity fights.

Are you a morning or night owl?

Aaron – As long as I get my sleep, I’m happy with either. Most of the time I prefer nights.

What is your 15 minutes of fame?

Aaron – I was on a couple of TV show and won some cash prizes.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?

Aaron – Don’t worry about what you can’t control, only concentrate on what you can make better.

What’s your favourite travel destination?

Aaron – Canary Islands

What has surprised you about the job in the first few days?

Aaron – How organised, welcoming and thorough all the teams are in making sure your induction goes smoothly
