Celebrating Success: Annabelle Wells Promoted to Key Account Manager at Swiftclean
At Swiftclean, we’re proud to recognise the hard work and achievements of our team – and today, we’re celebrating the well-deserved promotion of Annabelle Wells to Key Account Manager.
Annabelle joined us in July 2023 as a Key Account Coordinator in our Service Delivery department. With no prior experience in our industry, she quickly adapted, showing initiative, resilience, and a great attitude.
After successfully completing her six-month probation, Annabelle took on the additional responsibility of managing stay-away visits for our site teams – a complex task she handled alongside her regular duties. Despite the challenges, she consistently delivered with professionalism and positivity.
Speaking about her new Key Account Manager role, Annabelle shared:
“What I enjoy most about my role is the balance between relationship management and operational execution. I thrive on being the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met, issues are resolved, and services are delivered with consistency and quality.“
“There’s real satisfaction in knowing my work contributes directly to client success and long-term relationships. Every day brings a new challenge, and I enjoy the opportunity to collaborate, problem-solve, and continuously improve how we deliver value.”
Outside of work, Annabelle enjoys Yoga and Pilates, bringing the same focus and energy to her personal wellbeing as she does to her professional life.
Our Operations Director, Chloe Nicholls, adds:
“Annabelle joined the business with no prior industry experience — she’d previously worked as a receptionist in a leisure company. She came on board to support our largest kitchen extract client, handling admin and coordination alongside the key account manager.
“It didn’t take long for us to see her potential. Annabelle is a fast learner, conscientious, and communicates brilliantly – especially with clients, where she’s built strong relationships.”
When the opportunity came up to take on more responsibility, she didn’t hesitate. She’s always willing to step up, takes everything in her stride, and is open to feedback to keep growing and developing her skills.”
